lija kramer is an experimental music artist and composer.
beginning her musical journey at the age of five, she went through the well-known russian academic system as a pianist and sound engineer.
later she dared to found an experimental music- and sound recording studio
"lija kramer’s music lab" (2020-2022), that became a creative hub for composers, performers, and producers.
then she left everything behind and continued her creative path in
switzerland as a sound artist. can you imagine?
her projects are aesthetically pleasing and emotionally profound.
exploring contemporary musical art and poetic text, she establish new ways of shaping musical texture. gathering from both the european classical school and her tatar heritage, lija kramer creates music that is rich in color and authenticity.

"paracosm" is a comprehensive creative work, as it includes, in addition to musical miniatures, essays and illustrations to each piece, created personally by the composer.
awakening

it was written in 2020 in kazan, then reworked and rereleased at 2025 in bern, switzerland. it was made as a fusion of physical piano recordings and electronic piano midi samples.
little cat
(experimental pop album)
with the idea of creating art on her mother language, unusual topics and experimental electronic and acoustic sound, this album is different from all the rest of her works.
